Chronoclasm is a fast-paced, high-adrenaline roguelike that will keep you on your toes. Unravel a twisted mystery and control the flow of time as you delve deep to find your missing brother.
As the narrative lead on Chronoclasm, I was responsible for writing the game’s backstory, lore, dialogue, as well as ensuring that the other developers’ work told the story we were intending to tell. Below are two of the conversations I wrote for the game.
I was also the primary 2D artist and character designer. To the right is the protagonist Penny’s design sheet, including a few earlier concepts.
I programmed several auxiliary systems on Chronoclasm as well, including the dialogue system shown above and the upgrade crystal back-end to the left. I also led design on this progression system.
